Jazz Lab Band Performance Time | 3:00 pm

Jazz Ensemble Performance Time | 5:00 pm

Transportation | No Bus Available - Student have to provide their own transportation.

Student Attire | Concert Black e.g. a solid black dress or solid black dress shirt, solid black dress pants, solid black socks, and solid black shoes - optional: red suspenders, red bow tie, red tie, red head band, red pocket square etc.

ITINERARY - Jazz Lab

2:00 pm | Arrive at Bloomfield Hills High School

2:05 pm | Unload the bus and head to the homeroom area.

2:10 pm | Concert Band/Wind Symphony set-up concert arcs in the homeroom area.

2:20 pm | Jazz Lab transition to the warm-up room.

2:30 pm | Jazz Lab warm-up. Jazz Ensemble transition to auditorium to watch Concert Jazz Lab.

3:00 pm | BHS Jazz Lab Performance

3:30 pm | Clinic

4:00 pm | All BHS Band students transition back to the homeroom area. Jazz Lab pack-up musical equipment.

4:15 pm | Dismissed

4:00 pm | Arrive at Bloomfield Hills High School

4:10 pm | 5:10 pm | Jazz Ensemble meet in homeroom area.

4:20 pm | 5:20 pm | Jazz Ensemble transition to the warm-up room.

4:30 pm | 5:30 pm | Jazz Ensemble warm-up

5:00 pm | BHS Jazz Ensemble Performance

5:30 pm | Clinic 

6:00 pm | Transition back to the warm-up room area and begin packing-up musical equipment.

6:15 pm | Dismissed
