2023 Schedule

12:40 Lunch - Transition to Hurley Field

  • Change into uniform

    • Leave garment, bag, and shako box in the band room

    • Bring only what you absolutely need for MSBOA MB Festival

    • Mr. Thomann will transport large instruments listed below to Hurley Field

      • All Percussion

      • Sousaphone

      • Baritone Saxophone

      • Trombones

      • Drum Major Equipment

  • Lunch Provided for Marching Band Students

  • Prepare for Rehearsal

1:30 PM Rehearsal begins @ Hurley Field

2:45 PM Rehearsal Ends/Meeting/Pack Up Load Equipment and Get

3:00 PM - 2:45 PM Load busses

3:15 PM 3:00 PM Depart Berkley H.S. 

3:45 PM - 3:30 PM Arrive @ Bloomfield H.S. 

4:45 PM - 4:30 PM Warm-Up Time

5:00 PM - 4:45 PM Transition

5:10 PM - 4:55 PM Staging Time

5:15 PM - 5:00 PM Performance Time - Go Bears!

5:15 PM Exit Field - Band Meeting 

5:30 PM Transition - to equipment truck and busses

5:45 PM Attendance on Bus - Snack before loading the bus.

5:50 M Depart Bloomfield H.S.

6:20 PM Arrive Berkley High School - Change out of uniform and unload equipment truck

6:30 PM Dismissed

All parents/family members volunteering in the classroom or during school-sponsored functions or field trips must complete the Volunteer Release form prior to any activities.
