2026 Schedule
12:40 Lunch - Students eat lunch on their own, like it’s a normal school day.
1:25 PM - Report to Band Room/Change into Uniform
Students need to wear their member shirt or a show shirt.
Students need to bring their uniform in their garment bag and shako box to school, along with any other materials they need to rehearse and perform.
Load Equipment on Truck
Change into Uniform
2:15 pm Load buses
2:30 pm Depart Berkley High School
3:15 PM Arrive @ Bloomfield H.S.
Exit Bus in Full Uniform
Unload Equipment
Use Restroom
4:15 pm Transition to Stadium to Warm-Up
4:30 pm Warm-Up in Stadium during Dinner Break
5:00 pm Transition to Staging Area
5:10 pm Staging Time
5:15 pm Performance Time - Go Bears!
5:30 pm Exit Field - Band Meeting w/ Mr. Thomann
5:45 pm Transition - to equipment truck and buses
6:00 pm Load Buses/Attendance
6:05 pm Depart Bloomfield H.S.
6:35 pm Arrive at Berkley High School - Change out of uniform and unload equipment truck
6:45 pm Dismissed

All parents/family members volunteering in the classroom or during school-sponsored functions or field trips must complete the Volunteer Release form prior to any activities.
