2025 Schedule

12:40 Lunch - Students eat lunch on their own, like it’s a normal school day.

1:25 PM - Transition to Hurley Field.

  • Students need to wear their member shirt or a show shirt.

  • Students need to bring their uniform in their garment, bag, and shako box to Hurley Field, along with any other materials they need to rehearse and perform.

  • Mr. Thomann will transport the large instruments listed below to Hurley Field.

  • All Percussion

  • Sousaphone

  • Baritone Saxophone

  • Tenor Saxophones

  • Mellophones

  • Trombones

  • Drum Major Equipment

1:45 PM Rehearsal begins @ Hurley Field

3:30 PM Rehearsal Ends

  • Quick Meeting

  • Load Equipment on Truck

    • Trailer

    • Percussion, Sousaphones, Baritone Saxophones, Tenor Saxophones, Trombones, Mellophones, Plumes, and Electronics.

  • Snack

  • Change into Uniform

4:15 PM Load buses

4:30 PM Depart Hurley Field - Anderson Middle School Parking Lot

5:15 PM Arrive @ Bloomfield H.S. 

  • Exit Bus in Full Uniform

  • Unload Equipment

  • Use Restroom

6:00 PM Transition to Stadium to Warm-Up

6:15 PM Warm-Up in Stadium during Dinner Break

6:40 PM Staging Time

6:45 PM Performance Time - Go Bears!

7:00 PM Exit Field - Band Meeting w/ Mr. Thomann

7:15 PM Transition - to equipment truck and buses

7:30 PM Load Buses/Attendance

7:35 PM 5:50 M Depart Bloomfield H.S.

8:05 PM Arrive at Berkley High School - Change out of uniform and unload equipment truck

8:15 PM Dismissed

All parents/family members volunteering in the classroom or during school-sponsored functions or field trips must complete the Volunteer Release form prior to any activities.
