Transportation | School Bus
Uniform | Please wear formal clothes equivalent to a collard, button-up shirt with a necktie, dress pants, suit, dress shoes, or dress. The goal is to look professional. Please remember that you represent yourself, your family, your band, and your school district.
Food | Please plan on making sure that your student brings a dinner meal and a snack if they want to eat something when we arrive at Meadowbrook.
Student Schedule
4:40 pm | Bands students report to the Band Room
4:50 pm | Load busses
5:00 pm | Bus departs for Meadow Brook Music Pavilion
5:45 pm | Busses arrive at Meadow Brook Music Pavilion
6:00 pm | Soundcheck/Rehearsal
7:00 pm | End rehearsal - Short Break
7:15 pm | In Concert Arcs Ready to Perform
7:30 pm | Graduation ceremony begins
9:30 pm | Graduation ceremony ends/pack up instruments and load equipment
9:45 pm | Load busses
10:30 pm | Arrive at Berkley High School
***All students attending the graduation ceremony with band must complete and turn in the student permission slip below. Students will receive a hard copy of the permission slip from Mr. Thomann. Students must turn in the slip to Mr. Thomann or they will not be allowed to travel to the graduation ceremony.

All parents/family members volunteering in the classroom or during school-sponsored functions or field trips must complete the Volunteer Release form prior to any activities.
