• Greetings 8th Grade Band Students New Members, and Families:

My name is Mr. Thomann, and I am the band director at Berkley High School. I am excited to announce and invite all 8th-Grade band students to join us at the high school for our marching band spring rehearsals on May 15, 23, 30, June 6, and 12. All spring rehearsals are at Berkley H.S. Rehearsals will start in the Band Room from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Please prepare to be outside if the weather is nice.

If you are unsure about joining the marching band, I encourage you to attend at least one rehearsal. It is an excellent opportunity for you to meet sophomores, juniors, and seniors and play fun music. You will also get to know your way around the high school before school starts in September, which is a huge advantage.

If you have a friend who didn't take a band class over the past two years, please let them know that they are welcome to join.

If you have any questions, contact Mr. Thomann.
