Band Camp edition

It’s been a great week at pre-Band Camp! We still need some help for Band Camp and the evening activities next week- please see the included flyers for more information!

Thanks to all of you who have volunteered already! There are still some needs left for volunteering or donating snacks. Please sign up if you are able to help!

Locations are pending due to the field situation still being tentative. The Friday showtime is tentatively at 7pm and the location is pending field availability. Make sure to check social media for updates throughout the week!

We highly encourage the students to participate in the band camp activities. These activities are designed and sponsored by the Band Boosters to cultivate friendships and fun experiences off of the marching band field. While these activities are not mandatory we hope your student will join in on the fun!

ALL are invited to the Ice Cream Social! We are also looking for donations of ice cream or money to help offset the costs.

Students will be picking lanes at Band Camp on Monday. Payment by Venmo or cash at the door are acceptable as long as the student is signed up. Please talk to Mr. Thomann if you have any financial hardship- no student will be turned away due to lack of funds!

If you (or your student) have taken any pictures during band camp, please share them on the Berkley Bands Parent group on Facebook. We’d love to use them in the slideshow at the end of the year banquet. Thanks so much!
